The video intercom system, designed and created by Smartwares allows you to view, listen and talk to your visitors using your 7” (17.8cm) LCD monitor - day and night! Take snapshots, or start recording the moment someone approaches (recording time adjustable!). This function is handy to identify unwanted visitors and allows you to capture and share recordings or images.
The 720p HD camera has a 15° pan/tilt function - adjustable to your liking. You can even see your visitors at night (up to 1 metre with integrated LEDs). The melody and volume are also adjustable to match your preference (choose from 20 different melodies!).
Visitors will know they're in the right place, thanks to the integrated name plate and illuminated bell press.
The intercom system is 2-wired and therefore can be used with almost all existing doorbell wiring. The slim indoor unit can be wall mounted and is powered by the included adapter. No more struggling, just an easy and fast installation.

Using your existing electric door opener, or by using the DB5005 or the DB5005L electric door openers, you can set an unlock timeframe (1-2s or 4-7s), and by pushing the unlock button on the indoor unit, open the door and let your visitors in.
